Dear my baby sister Lilias,
Your ability to bless people with your smile, humour, and love warms my heart as I see you. I am so grateful to have witnessed how you’ve grown in Christ so deeply at such a young age. When I see you and how your heart breaks for what breaks our eternal Father’s heart makes me realize that God truly uses the pure hearts of the young generation. Do not lose sight of the vision that your Father has given you and always remember that you are going to be in a battle against the world. The world will tell you one thing but you will have to believe in the other, Jesus Christ, the only truth and the gospel. It is so easy to get caught up with what the world tells us but let’s remember that we are on the winning side of the battle and we are hear to expand God’s kingdom on this earth. God will use you so powerfully so keep strong and be faithful. You are the warrior of Christ :).
I am always so sorry that I cannot be there with you in Korea, taking care of you, helping you with your academics, giving you advise about friends, or even chilling with you. I am also always sorry because during my high school years, I was too busy with studying that I was not able to spend much quality time with you. But, I hope you know that I love you so much. You mean SO MUCH to me. Every where I go, I think of you. If I see something pretty, you are the first person that comes to my mind. I am always keeping you in my prayer and I thank God for your existence. You are an answer to my prayer and I cannot ask for a better, prettier, and cuter younger sister <3.
I know life can be hard especially when you are in a new environment but you know that you belong to your eternal Father and that’s all that matters right? :)
Talented young sister, I hope I can be a person you can share everything with. I want you know that I have your back. I love you and I miss you. I will see you in a bit ! Hang in there.
Your sister and your other half in Christ,
Barbara (aka Bubs according to your lingo).
Yupp! :) Singing’s my LIFEE!
Every time we have an FM concert, I feel the heaven open up and God’s presence filling the place. He reminds me so many things that I am grateful for.
1. I am honestly so honoured and thankful that God is able to use my voice for his kingdom.
2. God reminds me of his love for me!
3. I love FMily so much ! God, thank you so much creating each and every one of them. FMily, I am blessed by every single one of you
4. I thank all my friends who came out and showed me support. WOW I am blessed with so many people who care and love me :).
The list goes on but I just am so filled with the joy from God.
Thank you God hehe <3 I love you so much and I think you know that already :D
Sorry friends that I’ve been MIA due to FM practices during past few weeks <3.
I will catch up with every single one of you soon :).
and Thank you FM for putting up with me for so many weeks.
This is how my day would look if I just worked and came home.
6am: wake up and get ready 6:45am: depart 9am: get to work 9am-6pm (sometimes later): work 9pm: arrive home/eat dinner (takes me 2-3hours to travel. longer at this time because it’s during rush hour) 9pm-11pm: relax 11pm - 1am: call my Wharton Cohort Euro Freshmen 1am - 6am: sleepBut, because I like to always add things to my plate, this is how my day look like.
6am: wake up and get ready 6:45am: depart 9am: get to work 9am-6pm (sometimes later): work 7:30pm - 10:30pm: go to church & meet friends OR work out 11pm - 12am: arrive home 12am - 2am: call my Wharton Cohort Euro Freshmen 2am - 6am: sleepRegardless of which schedule I choose, I’ve been pretty exhausted lately. However, God is so faithful and has been pouring me with so much blessings. I’ve always enjoyed listening to worship music and Full Measure’s songs and getting blessed. However recently, God allowed me to use this time to listen to sermons as well. Using these two-three hours to listen to these sermons have been AMAZING. I hated the travel times because most of the time I had to be surrounded by crowds of people during these 2-3 hours. However, now it became a time of blessing and I even look forward to these hours.
God is good. He is not restricted by anything and he trescends time and space. He is a father of love and mercy. I joyfully worship him because that is all I can do. How more amazing can you be? <3 Father you are just TOO GOOD!
